Buyer Activity Picking Up in Santa Cruz

3. Homes with the best prices, particularly REO (so-called bank owned) properties, are attracting multiple offers and selling within days of hitting the market.

4. Some homes in our area are selling before they have a chance to hit the MLS.

5. Our personal sales transactions have jumped to the highest level we’ve seen in a year. Virtually every offer we’ve made in our client’s behalf has been in competition with other offers (multiple offers).
